Join Our Team – We’re Hiring Compliance Advisors!
We are expanding and currently seeking multiple Compliance Advisors to join our growing team across the Cork, Kerry and Munster Regions.
- In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, driving business success, and enhancing customer satisfaction through operational excellence.

Your Role & Impact
As a Compliance Advisor, you will play a key role in our team, reporting directly to the National Sales Director and be responsible for:
- Prepare tailored proposals that align with customer needs using our pricing and structure systems.
- Manage customer accounts effectively through our in-house CRM platform.
- Utilise software tools effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Support daily compliance operations and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and enhance customer retention through exceptional service.
- Engage professionally with customers and colleagues via phone, email and in person interactions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (preferred, but full training provided).
- Proven ability to cold call and independently generates customer meetings.
- Strong CRM proficiency with experience in customer account management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedication to outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
- A proactive, positive mindset, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels (Microsoft Teams, email, phone, in-person).
- Results driven attitude, motivated to exceed targets with a solutions-focused approach.
