We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with questions, product information, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document customer interactions, track issues, and resolve or escalate, as necessary.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through problem resolution.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Assist with customer account management and updates as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with SugarCRM is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanour.
