The Regional Manager (RM) is a key role for our business and the Operations Team. The RM is responsible for ensuring their Regional team provides safe, compliant, installation and maintenance of our clients Fire Safety Systems. The RM is required to ensure their branches perform to KPI levels which support activity, customer experience, financial metrics and internal measures.
The RM will develop and deliver a motivated regional engineering team that work towards achieving Company Goals. All aspects of administration to support smooth operations must be demonstrated and all behaviours in support of our values will be evident throughout your employment.

Responsibilities
Managing and coaching a team of engineers, setting goals and objectives, and making sure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
Ensuring you’re compliant with industry standards and internal procedures and all the servicing work that takes place in your region is completed correctly, competently and on time.
Daily smooth operations of your department and encourage success.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times, resolving any issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Reviewing and analysing region KPI and financial reports, and motivating staff to exceed objectives.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
